Shipping policy

1. Shipping Rate & Free Shipping Threshold

We provide unified international standard shipping service for all overseas orders with transparent and fixed shipping fees.
  • Standard Shipping Fee: A flat shipping fee of $15 USD will be charged for all orders with a subtotal under $150 USD.
  • Free Shipping Service: Orders with a subtotal of $150 USD and above qualify for free international shipping automatically at checkout.
Note: The order subtotal is calculated based on the final product amount after discounts and promotions, excluding taxes, customs duties, and other additional fees.

2. Shipping Delivery Time

All international orders will be delivered via reliable cross-border shipping channels. The estimated worldwide delivery time is 5–7 business days after order processing and shipment.
Please note that the delivery time is for reference only and is not fully guaranteed. Minor delays may occur due to peak shipping seasons, customs inspection, weather conditions, courier delays or other circumstances beyond our control.

3. Order Processing & Shipment

All orders will be processed and arranged for shipment within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation. We will send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your package is dispatched, allowing you to track your order status in real time.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

All international shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, clearance fees or other local charges imposed by the destination country. These additional fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping fee or product price. We are not liable for any customs-related costs or delivery delays caused by customs clearance.

5. Shipping Exclusions & Liability

We are not responsible for delivery delays, lost or damaged packages caused by third-party shipping carriers, customs clearance, force majeure events, or other factors beyond our reasonable control. Once the package is handed over to the shipping carrier, the risk of loss and damage of the goods shall be transferred to the customer.
